Main functions and duties:
• Complete order management activities including order entry, order confirmation, order follow up, rooting, planning
• Coordinate logistics: strategic – sourcing, tendering, negotiations,
• Supervise and verify the outsourced warehouses
• Customer relationship management
• Ensure all customer requirements are met on time and to the quantity
1. University degree
2. At least 3 years experience in logistics and customer service
3. Good knowledge of construction materials market
4. Fluent English
5. Very good computer skills regarding MS office package, SAP experience is considered a plus
6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
7. Good conflict solver
8. Very responsible and self organized
9. Target oriented
10. Analytical thinking
