For one of our clients, one of the global leaders in the chemical industry, we are looking for a Customer Service and Logistics Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving, processing and handling Customer Service and Customer Orders;
- Organising shipments and following up deliveries;
- Generating and sending invoices to customers, following up payments;
- Offering support to the sales team;
- Monitoring and managing the inventory;
- Drafting various reports.
Requirements:
- University degree (preferably in Economics);
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge of English language;
- Good command of SAP and MS Office.
