Job Specification

A Customer Service Analyst will manage service order management. The role involves service contract administration, service contract billing, internal and customer relationship management activities as manage queries over the phone, by fax and by e-mail.

Responsibilities
• Being the interface between retailer and client with regard to operations communications
• Receiving service orders from order input workflow tools; validating orders/transactions and system inputs for accuracy; processing service orders
• Updating contract and equipment databases; billing support; service time and material billing; and support of pre-billing verification activities
• New Contract/Service Order Administration, Update install database, Create contract within Contract for Services, Validate input, Release contract for billing
• Provide billing support


CERINTE

• Spanish and English language at least on communicative level
• Previous experience in a customer service role is a bonus
• High school degree
• Required knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills and demonstrated attention to detail
• Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
