RESPONSABILITATI

TIKSHOOV ROMANIA is interested in recruiting for an important project, very good Italian and English speakers, excellent communicators, enthusiastic and dedicated to their job, ready to learn new things and to be part of a united team.


The Customer Service Agent will have to:


- Manage dialogues in a professional, efficient, and quality manner with both Italian and English speakers on a daily basis, while ensuring the guidelines for dialogue management are maintained;
- Provide quality, efficient and professional information to customers, using different software applications;
- Documenting dialogues and treatment of the customers;
- Maintaining contact center work procedures.


The services will be provided through incoming and outgoing calls, chat and email.


The shift working schedule is from Monday – Saturday from 9:00 to 21:00 and Sunday from 9:00 to 16:00 and it involves 5 shifts/week.


CERINTE

- Highly motivated to work in the area of customer service, having a high level of service orientation;
- Full control of Italian language (native level - in speech and in writing);
- Full control of English language (advanced level - in speech and in writing);
- Certificates and diplomas represent an advantage;
- Basic knowledge in Windows XP/Vista/7, comfortable and familiar with computers;
- Multi-tasking – the ability to work on numerous systems;
- Good and quick learning abilities with a high level of understanding and implementation;
- High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively relay information;
- Open to changes and the reception of feed back;
- Self-motivated and team player;
- Empathetic, Responsible, Loyal, Reliable, and Patient.
