RESPONSABILITATI

- providing first-line support in Italian and English languages to assist customers
- represent the company by being the first point of contact with the customers
- guarantee an unparalleled Customer service experience to the players
- provide thorough explanation on the different types of sports bets and relative workings
- Flexibility in working hours (morning, evening, night and weekend required)
- answering queries via chat, email and telephone in both English and Italian
- troubleshooting technical problems faced by customers
- inform customers about ongoing promotions and game rules
- participate in and promote any marketing promotions
- translations, web content & newsletters
- assist Payment and Risk on related issues
- provide information on player deposits and withdrawals
- assist Agencies Department on related issues, such as commissions plans
-research and interpret hand histories for players
- take part and responsibility in administrative tasks
- respond adequately to player concerns about site integrity, legal framework and jurisdiction.


CERINTE

- be fluent in both Italian and English
- familiarity or keen interest with Sports betting, Poker and Casino games will be considered an asset
- meticulous work ethics
- proficiency in MS Office
- customer service experience preferred
