Job description
- resolve customer inquiries;
- maintain customer records by updating account information;
- resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint;
- select and explain the best solution to fix the problem;
- follow up to ensure resolution.
Prior customer support job experience is considered an advantage. The work is performed from home and the compensation is competitive.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelors' degree (preferably Marketing or English Language)
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken) are a requirement;
- Fluency in German, Italian, French and/or Spanish considered an advantage
- Great attention to detail
- Able to work independently and from home (access to well-functioning computer and Internet)
- High integrity and great work moral
- Genuine interest in social media and customer support
- Good knowledge of international pop culture and current events
- Flexible schedule;
