RESPONSABILITATI

Your role is to be the link between the management of Company and the Call-Centers, you will report directly to the Customer Care Manager and deal with the management of the Call-Center.


CERINTE

•Provides reports to management and headquarter on monthly call-center activities
•Checks the performance of call-Center according to objectives based on internal KPI
•Implement marketing campaigns in Call-Centers & adjust it according to results
•Agrees the pricing strategy with the marketing department
•Updates the call-center on new products, new offers, new procedures
• Manages the customer relationship activity: manages complaints/claims;
• Provides the line manager with information on complaints and/or claims of any kind that may affect business operations or company image
• Prepares customer relationship procedures, updates according to company strategy
• Ensures an optimal coordination and communication with key positions and departments (marketing, HR, technical)
•Defines and manages customer satisfaction survey
•Implements continuous development plans and competent performance indicator plans, after finding dysfunctions and identifying development axes
•Contributes to the development and management of procedures and tools used in customer relationships
