RESPONSABILITATI

The jobholder will be responsible to channel and be able to follow up on customer complaints in a centralized and highly professional manner.
This involves:
- receiving all customer complaints (mail / phone);
- log all customer issues in the workflow system;
- ensure actions are taken immediately for all complaints, and communicated to the customers.


CERINTE

- University degree;
- Over 3 years of experience in customer service; environment, with focus on solving customer complaints;
- Excellent level on English, mediul level of French or German;
- Customer centricity - empathy, influencing skills, systematic and rigorous approach, able to drive people to action;
- Excellent communication skills, open minded, team player, calm, assertive.
