The employee is responsible for the fulfilment of tasks related to Dealers and Mass Markets.
Key Functions and Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
Dealer support:
-Building up of a good functioning network of Dealers and Mass Marketers;
-Regular visits to Dealers and Markets, information to Dealers about new products and special actions;
-Preparation and actualisation of addresses-lists of Dealers;
-Elaboration of Sales Plan per Dealer and Mass Market, pllaning&organization of joint actions with Dealers and Mass Markets;
-Regular participation to Sales Meetings and Internal Sales Trainings;
-Elaboration of a product presentation system;
-Fulfilling of all sales-related tasks (e.g. product presentation in department stores) or any tasks set up by the Manager
Market observation:
-Regular market analysis&observation of the competitors; transmit information to the Country Manager and to the international team;
-Competitor placement of own products;
-Development of argumentation of own products;
-Proposal for prices and strategies;
Administration:
-Responsible for reports on Dealers & Mass Markets;
-Weekly reporting in English;
-Keeping the KM-Booklet.
-university studies (preferably technical);
-excellent English and computer operating skills;
-sales oriented with very good interpersonal and communication skills;
-experience in the sales field is an advantage;
-open minded;
-determined person.
