- To reconcile customer payments applied to the customer account and clear all paid items and unallocated cash
- Ensure all deductions are recorded in CIC System.
- Ensure where applicable, that statements and Dunning and other prompts for payment are issued on a timely basis. (chase with customer / participate in telephone conferences with region where applicable)
- Support team priorities and initiatives, to ensure workloads are effectively managed.
- Support Credit Control with regular reviews and Auditapply payments in a timely and accurate manner investigate open deductions for a portfolio of customers
- identify areas of dispute through billing process and solve gaps/errors in order to facilitate payments
- issuance of credit notes
- maintain a strong relationship with the customer
The training is provided by the company!
- University Degree;
- Fluency in one of the languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese;
- Outstanding customer-orientation and team-spirit;
- Good interaction with clients;
- Very good communication skills;
- Used to work with clients;
- Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge.
