Job Description:
- Develop and improve the relationship between the clients and the company in a proactive and friendly manner
- Provide and advice the clients with relevant information on company services for optimizing client’s business
- Find ways to deliver the services that best fit the clients needs in optimum time
- Promote the company image and values
- Ensure effective and efficient customer interaction and achievement of company sales objectives
- Compile reports about each client file
- See that contractual obligations are met and take actions when needed
- See that customers’ requirements are fully met
Job requirements:
- University degree ,
- Minimum 3 years experience in Client Administration (real estate/ construction is a plus)
- Ability to establish good relationships with the existing and potential clients
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
