Handle inbound and outbound calls on behalf of our customers using one of the following languages: Hungarian, Italian, Portuguese, French, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, German and additionally fluency in English
Handle all situations received through other means than inbound calls (email, electronic, specific tools);
Monitor specific tools under retention of time targets, handling/monitoring cases generated by the system;
Execution of emails, communication with end customers and remote teams.
