RESPONSABILITATI

- Develop and monitor client satisfaction surveys;
- Improve the existing applications and develop reporting modules for all managerial levels;
- Train the managers/users on working with the customer satisfaction related applications;
- Provide dashboards (reports and indicators) on clients¿ satisfaction;
- Offers support to managers for building KPI related to customer satisfaction;
- Liaises with Ipsos Quality Managers from all countries for solving issues when needed;
- Organizes meetings with managers destined to build action plans to follow up on customer satisfaction issues;
- Manages all documentation and records related to the client satisfaction studies.
