RESPONSABILITATI

The selected candidate will:
- Maintain the customers database and monitor all customers requests
- Prepare invoicing reports on a weekly basis according to the internal rules;
- Prepare weekly/monthly/yearly sales reports on products and services;
- Ensure that all customers’ specific information is accurate ;
- Monitor the invoices’ payment status for each customer;
- First response to customers’ requests and needs;
- Provide the sales team with support and information whenever it is needed/required;


CERINTE

- University degree, preferably Economics or Law
- Positive/pro-active attitude, strong communication skills
- Strong attention to details
- Customer satisfaction oriented
- Good knowledge of English: speaking, reading and writing
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
