with the following responsibilities:
Creating and maintaining long term relationships with partners;
Calling potential partners (companies) from the USA;
Offering consultancy regarding the product they promote (no sales will be made);
Presenting the benefits that the application will provide to partners;
Offering any additional information required;
Maintaining and updating the database on a regular basis;
Follow up on initial contacts;
Preparing the activity reports.
Fresh graduates or students;
Previous experience in an outbound call-center – would be considered a plus;
Perfect English language (no European accent);
Very good speaker (clearly, good diction);
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Great people skills;
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
Proficiency in computer applications;
Availability to work on night shifts (6/8 h).
Fix salary + performance related bonus;
Additional night shift salary differential;
Covering the transport expenses;
Training sessions.
