RESPONSABILITATI

The License Management Services Team has the responsibility of assuring compliance of our customers and partners regarding their utilization and distribution of ORACLE software products. This is delivered in various programs, solutions & tools by field consultants spread among various countries. The License Management consultants in the field are assisted & supported by the LMS Service Centre.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following list outlines the task and responsibilities of the Customer Reconciliation Data Analyst role within Oracle’s License Management Services:

- Be part of the Customer Reconciliation Team of Oracle’s License Management Services;
- Provide global Top Accounts consultants with a validated list of product installs, created by checking the license inventory report against original paperwork and reconciling the information related to products and licenses;
- Work with global LMS team members on solving issues through follow up calls/ emails;
- Work with LMS Service Center technical team for defining technical requirements in order to automate the current activities;
- Be knowledgeable with Oracle’s business practices and the current licensing metrics;
- Develop comprehensive & accurate research of Customer contracts, Installed Base, and OKS (Reports & Original Paperwork);
- Reports to the LMS Customer Reconciliation team Manger.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong documentation & communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Be able to work both independently and in team environment;
- Excellent research and problem solving skills;
- Solid analytical and decision making skills;
- Demonstrated proficiency with e-mail, computers, Word, Excel and Internet;
- Knowledge of Oracle applications is a plus;
- A degree in economical field ;
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in dealing with customer contracts;
- Spanish language is a plus.
