As Customer Order Representative, you will provide service to P&G Distributors/Customers by assuring quality order processing. This is an administrative position within the Logistics group.
The job is located in P&G Bucharest headquarters, part of Total Order Management group within Customer Service Department. Direct reporting to Order Shipping Building Manager.
Externally it is in contact with:
- Country distributor
- Carriers
Internally it is in contact with:
- Shipping dept. of shipping sources for order execution
- Market Planning Group for product availability
- Logistic Group for transportation/ warehousing
- Accounting Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Apply Small Country Model for assigned market
- Timely and Accurate Order Processing
- Follows up on order execution until product is delivered and unloaded in the customer warehouse. Keeps customer informed about its order execution status on daily basis.
- Follows up with Logistic Dept./ Carriers for logistic aspects of order execution
- Invoice price communication to customers.
- Tracking of customer satisfaction measures: Order Loading on Time
Order Delivery on Time
Order Cycle Time
Emergency Orders
Billing / Corrections executed on time.

As this is an administrative position, we welcome applicants with a basic background. Administrative positions have a slower career growth and routine-based activity, and a lower level of responsibility.
College graduate (3 years); University students also accepted, but keep in mind this is a full time position.
English skills
PC skills (MS Office, Windows, Internet). We will provide training of SAP.
Very good organization skills. Attention to details and ability to rapidly solve issues.
