For our client, a well-known company in the field of online hotel bookings, we are looking for Customer Operations Manager to join their Bucharest team
Main responsibilities:
Promotes quality system procedures and quality, developing and achieving performance goals and objectives in order to achieve customer promise expectations;
Identifies areas of improvement in the company and assists in creating and implementing solutions to determine customer satisfaction;
Develop and subsequently implement new projects, policies and procedures for the department(s) to meet specific goals.
Provides performance reporting and analysis and other periodical reviews
Lead resolution of customer quality issues and helps to develop a customer service policy for an entire organization and proactively prevents negative service trends.
Identifying and eliminating root cause barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality;
Ensures compliance with all operational processes and procedures.
Daily managing a team of customer services staff, creates the environment and high performances , motivational or training session for the team;
University degree;
At least 5 years experience in sales/ customer service activities, preferably in the travel, leisure, hospitality industry on a similar position;
Quality Management Systems Certification would be a plus;
Advanced knowledge of French and English; German would be an advantage;
Strong negotiations skills and ability to work with senior leaders;
Strong leadership in constantly looking to kaizen the processes and make improvements;
Excellent project and task-management skills and partnership focus;
Ability to deliver training;
Ability to work with high sense of urgency and proven willingness to commit the additional time and effort on high impact issues.
