RESPONSABILITATI

Offer administrative support to the customers
Solve demands and problems regarding the commercial relation with the customer
Follow up complaints from customers regarding the quality
Provide information and offer support for sales, logistics and stock planning
Centralize orders received from the client;
Ensure availability of products according to customer demands;
Issue the required documents for orders


CERINTE

High School / Bachelor degree
At least 2 years experience in customer service
Knowledge about logistic market – will be a plus
Ability to resolve any conflicts or complaints that the customer might have in accordance to company
policy
Very good communication skills
Organized person
PC Knowledge
English (advanced level will be a plus).
