- Voice of Customer management (Voice of Customer analysis, Voice of Customer closing);
Customer Service related Survey;
- Customer Information Center related job management (Collaboration with Call Center agents / Call Center related KPI management);
- Customer Service Website management (Production information update / Warranty policy and information update / Response at Customer inquires via Customer Service website);
- Collaboration with Regional Head Quarter with issues on Customer Service;
- Customer Services manager support for regional Service strategy set up.


CERINTE

- University degree;
- 1-3 years of experience in the industry (Customer Service);
- Very good knowledge of English;
- Very good computer background (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Customer orientation and positive character.
