RESPONSABILITATI

As a member of the EMEA Customer Intelligence team, the Customer Information analyst will be offering support to the Customer Success Program Managers, liaising with the countries in order to successfully implement upsell campaigns and deliver specific management reporting.

The goal of the Customer Intelligence program is to better know our customers and provide internal Oracle employees with support and customer intelligence as and when required. The Customer Intelligence program is part of the EMEA Customer Success Program that is one of the Core Vision 2010 Drivers.

The Customer Information Analyst reports into the Romania Business Operations Center Manager, based in the UK.

Please note this role does not involve any customer contact.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Full support at EMEA level for Global Executive Campaigns. This is ranging from coordinating the leads assignment with the countries, making sure that the deadlines are successfully met in different stages of the process, to delivering regular management reports on the campaigns success.
-Maintain and develop a network of regional/country contacts and build professional relationships with various contacts across EMEA, in order to increase the service delivery standards to the customer success programs stakeholders
-Perform various analysis and reporting as required by Operations management and respond quickly, accurately and professionally
-Proactive support on various projects/processes to the existing members of the Customer Intelligence Team
-Any other ad hoc tasks as and when required


CERINTE

-2+ years of experience in a relevant field
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, willing and able to communicate by phone and email
-Fluent in English
-Strong computer skills (MS Office, advanced knowledge of Excel)
-Well-organized and structured, ability to prioritize and multitask
-Process orientated and open-minded, in a fast changing environment
-Accuracy and analytical thinking
