Responsibilities & main activities:
-Provide reports on campaigns performance
-Provide reports on overall country performance
-Consolidate overall YoY report
-Provide reports on customer’s loyalty/satisfaction/churn
-Provide reports on ad-hoc requests


•Develop marketing campaigns and design offers focusing on customer growth
•Build roadmap, plan and monitor activities for each country together with the local champions
•Provide information and promote the progress of the team’s activities on a regular basis
•Maintain contact with country contacts and keep them informed on new opportunities
•Offer support in price definition, Go2market strategy, channel mix and new channel development
•Offer support in the optimization of marketing activities: response history development, targeting and
selection process, offer priority optimization, fulfillment definition
•Analyze correlation and causality between different direct marketing activities
•Seek improvement for the current processes, focusing on what is best for the customer
•Ensure data flow between source systems and business intelligence objects
•Develop and maintain marketing initiatives libraries for further reference
•Perform administrative tasks
•Identify new business opportunities and look for breakthroughs
•Identify and implement initiatives for specific country needs
•Evaluate information and document business cases
•Build overall country view and consolidate overall YoY evolution and monitor performance
•Provide customer insight to support business activities such as Retention, Loyalty, Acquisition,
Customer Growth & Decline Mitigation using customer's data from internal storage systems.
•Present valuable insight under an understandable and structured format using business language
•Use ad-hoc data mining techniques to report effectively on churn, customer growth, customer insight
and profiles, micro-segmentation


CERINTE

Relational database knowledge

University degree
