RESPONSABILITATI

The customer data quality specialist will be responsible for updating, maintaining and cleanning of customer data for Belgium and Luxemburg. The goal of the customer data quality program is to ensure good quality data that enable the sales force in Belgium and Luxemburg to work with an accurate set of customer data. The Customer Data Quality Specialists role consists of identifying master records, enriching customer information for those records, merging duplicate records into each other and participate in the EMEA customer data quality community. The Customer Data Quality Specialist reports into the Sales Operations Manager for BeNeLux.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ongoing cleaning and enrichment of customer data

- Date enrichment (using CDQ Dashboard)- creating and maintaining License Sales Classifications; creating and maintaining Master Record Certification; creating and maintaining Industry Category; Creating and maintaining Parent/Subsidiary relationships

- Execute the merging, matching and deduping of customer data

- Run ad hoc reports for the different tasks

- Verify data with external market databases

- Promote and monitor the usage of data quality standards

- Assess the integrity, quality and completeness of new data by proactively consulting various information sources (Web sites, country phone directories, Dun & Bradstreet, etc.); initiate steps to remedy any discrepancies.

- Work with the EMEA CDQ responsible and Global Data Desk in India and enable them to support the country data cleanup.

- When requested assist in running User Acceptance Tests or any other major project to timely completion, providing functional feedback on enhancements or changes to existing applications.


CERINTE

- A minimum of 5-6 years experience (2 years experience a data quality role)

- Univesity degree.

- Good computer skills (excel, word, email)

- Ability to work independently

- Fluent in English

- Affinity with languages - fluent in French or Dutch and working knowledge of the other language would be a real advantage.
