Responsabilities

- Client support by means of phone;
- Offering information/ solutions/ counseling to customers regarding the company's services;
- Promoting the products and services of the company by means of knowledge, attitude, information;
- Documenting all operations in the company's database, according to the work procedures;


CERINTE

Required Skills

- Native or advanced language proficiency in German (C1);
- Medium English;
- Customer orientation and problem-solving abilities;
- Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to details;
- Adaptability and capacity to easily find solutions;
- Proactive attitude;
- Good PC operating skills and typing speed;
