CUSTOMER CARE & TECHNICAL SUPPORT
with the following resposibilities:
Takes the phonecalls to solve customer's technical problems that uses IT equipments;
Offers exactly, right and correct informations to the customer, in a professional way, easy and dynamic;
Identifies immediately the need/problem/ customer needs and solve the problem in a satisfied way for client;
Receives, records and solves clients problems;
Uses correctly and efficiently the applications that works with and respects the company procedures;
Troubleshooting and solution finding and if is necessary can do supplementary research;
Handling entry level technical support inquiries from customers on a specific product line or a portfolio of products;
Contribute to the team, focus on continuous improvement and provide world class customer service at any time to ensure loyalty to the company and great product experience.
Requirements
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria
Hungarian language-advanced is a must;
English language-medium;
Computer skills;
Very good level of general / basic hardware and software knowledge;
PC skills and/or product specific technical skills;
Very good skills of communication, spoken and written;
Excellent listening and comprehension skills – empathy;
Outstanding customer service skills, proactive, result oriented and customer focus;
Previous experience on similar jobs would be an advantage but not mandatory;
Experience in call-center is a preference.
