-Handles customers requests, provides solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
-Offers loyalty & retention programs to existing clients in order to reduce the company churn.
-Maintains a high degree of knowledge about company's products and services.


CERINTE

-High School degree (University degree would be an advantage);
-Excellent communication and customer orientation skills;
-Customer service experience would be an advantage;
-High energy and positive attitude;
-Capacity to handle multi tasks and problem solving abilities;
-MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
-Fluency in English.
