RESPONSABILITATI

- Handles customers' requests (complaints, cancellations and contract renegotiation requests), in written and by telephone, provides solutions to increase customers' satisfaction;
- Manages negotiation processes, offering proper solutions, in due time and in a professional manner;
- Offers loyalty & retention programs to existing clients in order to reduce the company churn;
- Promotes, by telephone, company's services, products and special offers;
- Maintains a high degree of knowledge about company's products and services;
- Working Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 - 17:00


CERINTE

- University degree;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer orientation skills;
- Customer service experience would be a plus;
- Capacity to handle multi tasks and problem solving abilities;
- High energy and positive attitude;
- Fluency in English;
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
