- Handles customers' requests, provides solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
- Offers loyalty & retention programs to existing clients in order to reduce the company churn.
- Maintains a high degree of knowledge about company's products and services.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 - 17:00 or Monday-Friday 12:00 - 20:30


CERINTE

- High School degree (University degree would be an advantage);
- Excellent communication and customer orientation skills;
- High energy and positive attitude;
- Capacity to handle multi tasks and problem solving abilities
