- Handles incoming calls from internal and external customers, in a polite and professional manner;
- Provides information on inquiries regarding specific services and products;
- Deals with customer complaints and offer proper solutions, in due time and in a professional manner;
- Maintains a high degree of knowledge about company services, prices, invoices, technical and other relevant information in order to be able to professionally handle customer inquiries.


CERINTE

- High School degree (University degree would be an advantage);
- Excellent communication and customer orientation skills;
- High energy and positive attitude;
- Capacity to handle multi tasks and problem solving abilities
