RESPONSABILITATI

- Provides technical support over the phone for Zapp data users with various software/hardware/connectivity issues;
- Deals with customer complaints, troubleshoots and provides recommended solutions to clients problems in due time and in a professional manner;
- Communicates customer feedback regarding product usability to the involved departments;
- Maintains a high degree of knowledge about company services, prices, invoices, technical and other relevant information in order to be able to professionally handle customer inquiries;


CERINTE

- High School degree (University degree would be an advantage);
- Excellent communication and customer orientation skills;
- Able to work in shifts;
- Knowledge of Windows, dial-up connectivity, browsers, email client, PC configuration and troubleshooting;
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- English – conversational level.
