RESPONSABILITATI

- Acordarea de asistenta si consiliere clientilor in utilizarea serviciilor.
- Inregistrarea si rezolvarea solicitarilor si reclamatiilor clientilor prin mijloace specifice.
- Raspunderea in ceea ce priveste procesarea devizelor si comenzilor catre clientii companiei.
- Urmarirea derularii in bune conditii a contractelor de service.
- Realizeaza interfata dintre client si compania NOVENSYS.
- Gestioneaza echipamentele care vin la Departamentul Tehnic pentru reparatie.
- Respectarea procedurilor de service.


CERINTE

- Studii superioare.
- Experienta in relatia cu clienti.
- Excelente abilitati de comunicare.
- Orientare catre client si solutii.
- Cunostinte bune de utilizare PC (MS Word, MS Excel).
- Cunostinte de limba engleza la nivel intermediar.
- Experienta pe un post similar in cadrul unui departament de service constituie avantaj.
- Rezistenta la stres, meticulozitate.
- Persoana organizata.
- Carnet conducere cat. B.
