Offering correct information to the clients, regarding company's products and services;
Promoting the products and the services of the company;
Processing all the necessary changes in the client's profile;
Offering assistance and counseling to the clients;
Recording all the important aspects of the conversation into specific databases.
For our client, Orange Romania, we are looking for Customer Service Representatives.
Requirements:
Very good command of English;
Very good PC knowledge (MS Office);
Student or graduated;
Dynamic, friendly, with very good communication skills;
Experience in a customer service related area is a plus.
