On behalf of our Client, an international company active in the insurance field, we are searching for a self confident person that will actively contribute to the clients’ satisfaction.


Responsabilities:

• Keep permanent contact with the company’s clients and suppliers
• Ensure that all customer communications are dealt promptly, accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and develop customer accounts and data base
• Provide a proactive customer care service in a professional manner to all clients


CERINTE

• University graduate
• Experience in a similar position is considered a plus
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Good PC skills
• Clear and polite manner with excellent communications skills
• Organized, self motivated, dynamic and goal oriented
