RESPONSABILITATI

SCHENKER is seeking candidates for Customer Care Representative position for Customer Care Department, Bucharest office.

- Responsible for sale of grupage services in Romania;
- Responsible for extension of clients data base;
- Carry out day to day operational steps required for offering, contracting & finalizing the transport contracts;
- Draft & maintain constant activity reports.


CERINTE

- Proficiency in English (spoken & written);
- Good command of PC applications;
- Ability to work under pressure, independently, with initiatives;
- Customer & result oriented;
- Excellent communication and negotiations skills;
- Good analytical skills;
