Client oriented: no matter who, what, under what circumstances, you are always there to help;
Outstanding communicator: manage to say it loud and clear and nobody asks for repeat or rephrase;
Extremely persuasive: your solution is always the one accepted, because you master the art of statement;
Computer magician: practiced on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Fast learner: just grab it, process it a bit and move forward to the next. No time for intense thinking, your nicknames are action and reaction.
English: you have your English words with you under all circumstances, no matter it is about placing an order in a restaurant or having an interview.
Graduate: stated by at least your high school graduation diploma;
Hardware and software knowledge, definitely an advantage.
As a Customer Care Representative you will have the chance to practise and improve your skills by:
Providing information about the products and the services of the company to our clients;
Take income calls and professionally respond to any complain or inquiry;
Work your magic on making and proposing the client the right offer to end up with closing the sale/ resigning the agreement;
