AstraQom is looking to increase its global diversity with experienced trilingual Customer Care Representatives to support its global customers remotely. We are an international team of young motivated specialists all working for one goal: providing the best customer experience while feeling happy about it!

- Communicating with AstraQom’s customers by phone, email or live web chat
- Responding to all inquiries related to the customer’s account or AstraQom’s policies and procedures
- Identifying the issues customers might encounter and identifying the best and fastest way to resolve them
- Perform account updates or other back-office activities
- Resolving customer requests or directing them to the most appropriate department
- Supporting marketing initiatives by informing customers of latest offers, soft retention and providing constant customer feedback to the Marketing department
- Organizing, prioritizing and distributing tasks
- Contributing in an active manner to the improvement of the company’s services, policies and procedures

- Are proficient in English, French, Spanish, both in speaking and writing
- Have previous experience in a Customer Service / Call Center
- Have an idea about troubleshooting hardware / software issues
- Are able to work independently with minimum supervision
