RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities:

• Take calls from the customer for various technical issues
• Record the calls in the system
• To track, if customer's problem has been attended by field engineers
• To escalate if the customer is not attended in the stipulated time frame


CERINTE

• Graduates/undergraduates
• Fluency in English and in one of the following: Finnish, Norwegian/ Danish)
• Previous exposure to business environment
• Availability for full time program
• Various starting hours according to the core language
