RESPONSABILITATI

Confers with customers by phone or in person and supplies information about soft installation, manuals, turn-on, discontinuance, or change in service.
Follows up service complaints by keeping all the written correspondence (mail and so forth).
Maintain ASC (agreed service centers) records and follow up periodically with telephone, mail, or personal reminders of service due.
Compiles monthly records about customer complaints follow up and stage of each project.
May compile reports for the sales team as per “best and worst” product.
May use systems such as CIC, Happy Call (database).
May handle and input Warranty Claims reported to Bucharest Subsidiary.


CERINTE

University degree.
At least 1 year experience in Customer Care.
Good knowledge of English.
Familiar with MS Office.
Open to learn and apply new things.
Able to assume responsibility and to work in team.
