RESPONSABILITATI

Developing Business:
-Understands HP Services/TSG business direction and objectives
-Provides proactive business management reporting on contracts/projects to help the business to develop customer accounts

Initiating Business:
-Supports preparation of quotes and presales
-Defines split between Product Lines
-Support opportunity assessment
-Cooperation with the hub in the presales phase
-Deals with contract renewals
-Local contact for MNSA and Global Deal Assessment
-Interface to HPS Sales as front office operation
-Support change process of existing orders
-Handling of upfront orders (care pack orders) and project business

Performing Engagements:
-Receives order, executes order booking
-Provides invoicing information based on contract terms and conditions and change requests
-Manages control reports for order and invoicing (backlog, open orders)
-Closely cooperates with Global Deal Teams, Controllership, and Business
-Ensures revenue and costs are recognised in accordance with contracts/project plans, initiates appropriates accruals for revenue
-Follow-up on Overdues, works with the credit collector and the business on specific overdue payment issues
-Adapts global deal requirements to Africa_non presence countries needs
-Drives deal forecast; support of financial analyst in the forecasting process
-Cooperates with and supports Africa Financial Analyst
-Support other local TSG businesses where necessary
-Operational Excellence Review
-Follow up with local supplier invoices; adminstrative management of third parties
-Acts as an interface to partners for operational queries
-Acts as an interface to the Nearshore HUB admin team

Completing Engagements:
-Maintains contracts/project files in accordance with the business control policies
-Support financial reporting and forecsting process
-Consolidates order entries for planning and forecast purposes
-Ensures order reconciliation between business programs, new and renew orders

Business Planning:
-Provides financial reporting after month end closing (where applicable)
-Supports Business/Financial Analyst in entering financial plans into administrative tools
-Supports Business/Financial Analyst in maintaining rolling forecasts/Aspire

Business Control:
-Applies order acceptance and order entry guidelines
-Checks existence ofauthorization forms (credit checks, pricing, risk assessments) and correct approvals
-Integrates and applies the business control policies
-Defines appropriate revenue recognition method according to policies
-Ensures that the project file meets audit requirements
-Retains records according to local and corporate policies
-Provides in time information to meet business deadlines and targets
-Applies approval matrices

-Process Management:
-Applies processes according to the business control requirements
-Recommends process improvement
-Supports the implemenatation of systems/tools (e.g. SAP OM)

Cross Functional Process Management:
-Interfaces with other internal departements
-Interfaces with the customer admin representatives for customer documentation follow-ups


CERINTE

Provides advanced administrative support to Customer Support Mgmt. and Sales team throughout the whole life cycle of Customer Support deals. Responsible for the administrative project office and is an expert in the administrative field. Partner to the TS business managers. Acts as link between TSG Services business, controllership, other businesses (IPG, PSG when needed).
Ensures HP and TS policy fulfillment.
Able to analyze and solve problems of medium to high complexity in multiple fields. Acts as a support function for the business and Africa _non presence countries. Manages customer documentation. Proactively provides deep support to account managers in administrative matters.
