Engage with the client on the definition of learning programmes and/or curricula
Definition of appropriate forms of learning (ILT, VC, WBT etc.) to meet learning objectives
Identify potential third party providers of appropriate learning products with a view to maximizing quality and minimizing cost
Manage the third party development of learning products, particularly where there is custom development
Maintain an ongoing relationship with selected third party providers
Look to continuously improve programmes and curricula
Keep a up to date with developments in learning and bring fresh ideas to the client
High personal performance standards, ability to work with clients, innovative & challenging
5-7 years learning experience, and/or substantial operational experience in the petrochemical industry. Knowledge of the third party learning market particularly valued.
