- Inregistrarea in registru a intrarii /iesirii tuturor documentelor in/din ING Bank.
- Implicare in colectarea, arhivarea, stocarea si recuperarea documentelor.
- Furnizarea de birotica si furnituri de birou si efectuarea controalelor de inventar aferente, distribuirea furniturilor.
- Asigurarea ca notele referitoare la proceduri pentru toate activitatile sunt actualizate si standard.
