HR Performance is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients a customer support representative.

- Resolves customer questions, complaints and requests via chat
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Perform customer verifications
- Offers customer support using different software applications


CERINTE

- Proficiency in English – writing, speaking and listening
- Very good computer literacy (using efficiently the computer, especially Microsoft Office applications)
- Willingness to work in shifts, including NIGHT shifts (full time schedule)
- Has a great understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction
- Pragmatic approach to problem solving and problem analysis
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
- Ability to absorb information easily
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
