RESPONSABILITATI

The CS Sales is responsible for the Service Offering & Contract Sales processes

Tasks
- Analyzes the local service market in respect to market segmentation, customer needs, competitor quotations, prices, and developments in the service business, in order to identify current and future market potentials.
- Develops, in close cooperation with CS Manager, a market- and customer-oriented Services Market Strategy (definition of service offerings, communications
structure, production and maintenance of a price book, specific marketing support) for the respective subsidiary based on the central Services Market Strategy.
- Designs, implements, and monitors action programs for the targeted marketing of service offerings in selected market segments (product or customer groups).
- Creates and maintains a customer database, and establishes and maintains
reference customers.
- Introduces and coordinates a system of customer satisfaction management.
- Represents customer services at exhibitions.
- Cooperates closely with the CS Manager and local sales and marketing organization


CERINTE

Education
Economical or Marketing Graduate.

Knowledge/Languages
- The perfect candidate will be an Electrical Engineer with sales experience & excellent communication skills;
- Fluency in English

Experience
-Over 2 years experience in Marketing, or,
-Over 2 years experience in Sales;

Capabilities
-They should have good organizational and communication skills, and should deal well with customers;
-Knowledge regarding the Bid & Public Auction Process.
