Cross-platform Application Developer
Responsibilities:
¿ Port Linux applications, written in C++, to Windows platforms
¿ Port open source libraries used by these applications to Windows platforms
¿ Optimize the applications ported in order to get good runtime performances on the target platforms
¿ Communicate with people in the open source community whenever needed
Requirements
¿ BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
¿ Excellent C++ development skills
¿ Excellent object-oriented programming skills
¿ Good software design skills
¿ Good XML / XSLT knowledge
¿ Experience with Linux and Windows platforms
¿ Interested in porting Linux applications to Windows platforms
¿ Experience in open-source projects is a plus
¿ Highly motivated individual and good team player
¿ Good communication skills
¿ Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
