The Operations Specialist works in a multi-national, multicultural and multilingual channel business environment. He/she is responsible for the daily operational support to a set of Channel Partners in the UK/Germany. Main responsibilities include:
- Manage channel partner relationship; provide daily operational support via telephone and e-mail, communicating all relevant information and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure structured and high quality communication related to issues affecting the order backlog to both Partners and HP Sales and Business Units.
- Provide continuous visibility of the partners financial and physical claims backlog to partners and HP stakeholders, in collaboration with the respective country contacts.
- Deal with all written or verbal requests from the partners (inquiries, complaints, etc), provide partners with solutions when problems arise.
- Ensure that policies, legal regulations and audit requirements are met and maintained
- Address process improvement needs to the process engineering function
- Provide training and act as a mentor for new employees
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous work experience in a customer facing environment
- University Degree in Business or Equivalent
- Fluent in English/ (German) ¿ written and spoken
- PC and Microsoft Office tools knowledge
- Good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
