The Operations Specialist works in a pan- European, multicultural and multilingual channel business environment. He/she is responsible for the daily operational support to a set of Channel Partners. Transaction processing activities are outsourced to a Transaction Processing Center.
Main responsibilities:

¿ Backlog Order Management
¿ Financial & Physical Claims
¿ Escalations
¿ Controlling & Quality
¿ Contribute in process improvement activities
