The Supervisor works in a pan-European, multicultural and multilingual business environment. The Supervisor is leading teams of operational engineers, within the area of Customer Relationship Management, in Business Process Support, Report Maintenance & Development, Marketing Operations and Data Quality. The Supervisor is responsible for delivering operational excellence according to defined service levels.
- Hiring of new employees;
-Negotiation of p2p transfers;
- Salary & development management;
- Replacement of employees;
- Responsible to monitor SLA vs. delivery of tasks (TAT, volume);
- People motivation;
- Set up and update local measurements & metrics;
-Keep track of infrastructure availability; and start necessary escalations;
-Work with EMEA CRM work streams to align the HUB to business and organizational as well as infrastructure changes;
- Cost control / budget management;
- Resource management (sick leaves, backup, holidays planning, etc.);
- Workplace & equipment management together with Admin Assistant team;
- Moves coordinator for CRM teams.
- People management and team motivation;
- Excellent English skills;
- Project management;
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, call centre and / or operational processes in sales operations;
- Experience in managing teams of that size, including attrition;
- Documentation skills;
-Strong communicator;
- Performance management practice;
- Knowledge about CRM process (nice to have);
