CRM SALES REPRESENTATIVE / CLIENT MANAGER FOR THE SEE / ADRIATICS REGION
MISSION :
The role of the CRM (Sales Representative / Client Manager) is to:

- Understand clients industry, business strategy, value drivers and business operations
- Develop and implement market/accounts plan in accordance to Oracle business objectives
- Gain access to clients' Executive team
- Establish and maintain overall Oracle - Client relationship with CRM customer’s base
- Proactively engage at Client’s decision makers/influencers level
- Identify and qualify CRM opportunities
- Maximize CRM business from installed base (cross- and up-selling)
- Drive all necessarily resources (including pre-sales, consulting, Business Partners, Contract & Legal, etc.) engagement in order to ensure a successful sales cycle
- Gain commitment to and close Oracle business
- Ensure overall client satisfaction, success and business outcome delivery
- Support the development and expansion of the regional CRM ecosystem (Education, Business Partners, Marketing, etc.)
- Contribute to global industry community
- Consistently deliver high annual revenue in new licenses

In addition to being passionate for Front Office solutions, aiming big and hard worker, we expect you to deliver the following capabilities:

-Understand and effectively use all elements of client’s industry and business: vision, people, process, culture, organization, financials, competition
-Ability to interact and sell at the CXO level
-Experience of CRM solution selling
-Experience in Solution Value Selling (ROI, TCO, etc.)
-Work as an independent / entrepreneur, within a large and complex matrix based organization
-Negotiate and close business under time and objective pressure
-Work in multi-cultural environments, preferably with experience of Central European markets
-Presentation and communication skills
-Understanding of IT principles and environments
-Effectively leverage the entire ecosystem (alliance partners, internal resources, etc.)
-Available for frequent travel
-Excellent English language skills and minimum 1 local language within this region fluently
