RESPONSABILITATI

The CRM OnDemand Manager is responsible for supervising 24x7 help desk operations in accordance with Oracle policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:

- Bachelors Degree in MIS, Computer Science or equivalent experience or combination of related education and experience.

Experience:

- End user technical support experience.
- Supervisory / management experience.
- Experience directing the efforts on more than one project at a time and have multiple responsibilities across assignments.
- Experience in a Call Center or Help Desk environment.

Knowledge/Skills:

- Project Management skills
- Strong analytical problem solving skills
- Ability to lead team effort in developing solutions for difficult or complex situations.
- Demonstrated ability to provide and/or develop final work products while providing quality control over project work.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage routine and complex engagements simultaneously, producing consistently high quality results.
- Ability to interact effectively with other technical and non-technical resources.
- Ability to quickly establish comfortable & effective working relationships.
- Strong oral and written technical and interpersonal communication skills including sensitivity to user community.


CERINTE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure 24 x 7 Technical Support Line is properly staffed.
- Train and coach employees.
- Conduct emloyee performance reviews.
- Responsible for shift schedule to include: workstation assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
- Ensure delivery of shift handover reports.
- Schedule and conduct team meetings.
- Direct projects/assignments and all activities related to the achievement of service delivery.
- Assure quality customer service by achieving customer service objectives and handling customer escalations.
- Lead team effort in data gathering, fact-finding and analysis, with limited direction, formulate final conclusion, alternatives and recommendations.
- Develop with limited guidance, project approaches, team staffing and work plan.
- Recommend improvements to customer projects, internal processes, and practices.
- Maintain effective relationships with other groups.
- Leverage the capabilities of others and provide direction and support to team and peers.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in professional and personal relationships.
- Prepare reports with minimal guidance.
- Mentor and develop staff through Career Planning Program.
- Identify and hire qualified candidates.
- Develop breadth of professional knowledge and technical expertise through self-development activities and ongoing training.
- Adhere to the policies and procedures of Oracle Corporation.
- Other duties as assigned.
