As a member of the Marketing Operations team based in Bucharest, you will be working closely with internal Marketing and local Customer Relationship Management users across Business Groups and countries in the European, Middle East and African region. Specific job tasks include:
- Setting up programs and campaigns in the Siebel 7.5 system;
- Pulling lists of contacts for local marketing teams as per their requirements, considering privacy guidelines
- Assisting with and coordinating marketing response/lead loads and contact/prospect loads
- Cooperate with other operation teams in ensuring the success of a campaign;
- Coordinate and communicate with campaign owners;
- Assist in improving the campaign setup process in E
- At least 1 year experience in IT, Business Intelligence and / or Marketing;
- University degree in Business Administration / Marketing or a non-business technical field of study with a strong focus on both business processes and IT;
- Fluency in English and one other European language;
- Strong technical skills: SQL, MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel and data file handling;
- Analytical skills;
- Creative and solution oriented;
- Team player with good interpersonal skills;
- Well organized;
- Customer oriented;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Able to work in a changing environment.
